All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

Payment is required upon approval of the quotation.
·
The design phase will commence once payment is received.
·
Production will begin once the final design is approved.
·
Lead times vary based on the complexity and quantity of each project. Specific timelines will be provided after final approval.
·
Due to the handmade nature of our rugs and carpets, exact dimensions may vary by the industry standard of +/- 3%.
·
A variance of up to 5% in colour may occur between dye lots, which is standard with the industry.
·
Prices are based on the total quantity specified in the quotation. Any changes to the quantity will result in an adjusted price.
·
Clients are responsible for accepting delivery and installation as scheduled. Failure to do so may result in additional storage or handling fees, and we cannot guarantee the availability of rescheduling without incurring additional charges.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, payments are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects as outlined in our warranty policy.
Warranty
This warranty is exclusively applicable to manufacturing defects.
It is important to note that this warranty does not extend coverage to issues like watermarking, shade variations, or dye lot differences, as these are not classified as manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear subsequent to delivery is not covered by this warranty. Furthermore, this warranty is only valid for rugs and carpets that have been installed in strict accordance with the installation procedures outlined by Lucy Tupu Studio. It expressly excludes damages resulting from improper installation conducted by third-party contractors.
Additionally, it is imperative to understand that this warranty does not extend to damages incurred due to improper maintenance or cleaning practices. It does not apply to damages arising from unusual uses or events, including athletic activities, repeated wear and tear caused by castered chairs, or flooding. It also excludes damage incurred as a result of unusual foot traffic, such as scuff damage on stairs or entryways, has been mishandled or neglected.
Warranty claims should be submitted to Lucy Tupu Studio within 5 days of receiving the rug(s) / carpet. To ensure the highest level of customer service, Lucy Tupu may require a representative to conduct an inspection and analysis of the carpet before proceeding with replacement or repair.
It is imperative to understand that this Limited Warranty represents the sole warranty applicable to the carpet. There are no warranties that extend beyond the terms stipulated herein. The remedies available to the buyer are strictly limited to those outlined in this document, and any consequential damages, including those related to commercial loss, are explicitly excluded.
